Apex Traffic Control was founded by Mary Ruiz, a traffic control professional with nearly 30 years of industry experience. Since beginning her career in 1997, Mary has built a reputation for strong leadership, operational excellence, and an unwavering commitment to safety.

Throughout her career, she has held supervisory and operations management roles, overseeing traffic control operations, project coordination, crew management, scheduling, equipment, safety compliance, and client relations for companies including Green Clean, Full Traffic Maintenance, A Cone Zone, JCL Traffic Control, HP Communications, and Cityside Fiber.

Driven by a lifelong passion for the industry, Mary founded Apex Traffic Control to provide clients with dependable traffic control solutions backed by experience, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.
